Refund Policy

You will need your Paid Invoice in order to process a refund. Please be sure to locate this invoice before proceeding. You can find your paid invoice in the email you used to register.

Refunds will be processed on Friday of each week. Any refund request received after 11:59 PM CT, on Thursday of each week, may not be processed until the following Friday. 

After processing is completed, it could take an additional 5-7 business days before funds are returned to the card used to pay for the registration. This is dependent on your banking provider.
